Regarding aviation wind sock frame 13-04331: Does it include a wind sock? If so, what color?

Yes, this does include a windsock. The color of the sock is bright international orange.

What's the advantage of this windsock over other models? What is the length of the windsock that comes with the 13-04331 frame? How does this need to be mounted? What size pipe or is another type of bracket needed?

Per the supplier:
1. Main advantage of have extended (30") frame is having 30" of exposed windsock visibility in light breezes AND no windsock tail wrap-around of pole, causing windsock to be non operational.
2. Aviation Windsock length is standard 96" length.
3. 3/4" standard threaded pipe extended from windsock frame, mounts to pole.

It says Non-Lighted however picture shows a light and it says it comes with an 8000 hr bulb. Can you confirm? Is it or is it not a lit frame?
