What type of flange, end, etc, is on the towing end?

It has a fork end with a pin hole to attach to a vehicle.

How long is this Piper universal Tow Bar? Does it collapse?

It is 72" in length and does not collapse.

What do you mean by a pin hole to attach to a vehicle? How would I connect it to a standard trailer hitch or trailer ball?

Per supplier: "Referring to the pin hole attaching to the vehicle, you would need to have a flat piece that will go in between the fork of the tow bar. You would connect the flat piece with the tow bar by using a clevis pin going through the 7/16" hole. The distance between the inside diameter of the fork, where it attaches to a vehicle, is 1-1/16"." If you would like to use the ball style we can special order this for you.
