The picture shows 3 holes on the two way hand swager. Does it swage 1/8" cables?

This will swage 3/64", 1/16" and 3/32" diameter cables.

Why is it called two way?

Per the manufacturer, it works with two sizes, (1/16 Inch, 3/32 Inch) and that makes it a two way.
