Вопросы и ответы
Are there any mounting provisions for the ACS high pressure gascolator?

Per the manufacturer, the high pressure unit (part # 05-04248) does not use the same bracket as the regular unit. It uses the Gascolator Mounting Flange found in the "Accessories" tab (part # 05-00907).

While Gascolator (Part # 05-04248) specifies that it is high pressure, does it still work properly in a low pressure situation? I would like to use it downstream of a Facet pump (part # 40108) that will be used for boost/prime/backup to a mechanical pump. The configuration will be: Tank- Inline Filter-Shut-off Valve-Facet Pump-Gascolator-Engine driven pump. This is a carbureted engine.

Yes, it works in low and high pressure applications.

Is the ACS High Pressure Pressure Gascolator a FAA approved for use in certified aircraft?

No, this gascolator is not FAA Approved. It is intended for use in experimental aircraft only.

What are the fitting sizes? What is the maximum fuel flow?

Per the supplier: Top has 1/4" pipe ports for 3/8" fuel line and one 1/8" pipe port for primer fitting. It is tested to 50 PSI, but we do not have a fuel flow rate.

I have your classic mounted on my plane. Does the ACS HP gascolator top have the same dimensions as the classic? If so, then I can easily replace my old one for this newer style. I hate the bailing wire style.

Yes, they both share the same dimensions.

Can the ACS high pressure gascolator be installed with AN840-6D fitting?

Yes, this will work as this will have 1/4" NPT ports and AN840-6D has a 1/4" NPT thread.

What is the weight of the ACS high pressure gasoclator (plus firewall fitting)?

Approx 0.36 lbs.

Is there a filter screen in the bowl or the exit port?

There is a screen at the top of the bowl.

Does this unit support the fuel throughput required by fuel injected engines?

It is tested for 50lbs but we do not have flow rate specs for this unit.

What micron size screen comes standard?

This comes with the 120 micron screen.

Could you please tell me what is the size of the thread of the drain valve on the bottom of the bowl? Thank you.

This will be 1/8" NPT.
