Regarding pickup tube adapter 10380: What are the thread sizes?

The thread sizes are 3/4" NPT male & 1/4" NPT female thread.

Are there two 1/4 NPT female threads, one on each end?

Yes, this is threaded for female on both ends.

What are the NPT thread size for 10380-1? Please confirm it has 1/4 female NPT from each end? Why does it cost 5 times more than the larger one?

The difference in cost is due to the material. P/N# 10380-1 is made of Stainless Steel while P/N# 10380 is made of aluminum. The thread sizes for these are 1" NPT male and 1/4" NPT female.
