Yes, per the manufacturer, they should be dimmable with a device designed for LED dimming.

Will this LED Light dim with a standard incandescent dimming switch--i.e, the ones that are typically found existing on older planes.

These lights will require an LED dimmer. An incandescent dimmer, like ones originally installed in many older aircraft, will not work.
