VITON M83248 O-RINGS

Описание

M83248 series o-rings are flurocarbon rubber o-rings. Flurocarbon rubber is commonly known as Viton. It is an advanced rubber that has extremely good fuel and heat resistance and is ideally suited for aircraft fuel system applications.

Common Names:

    FKM, Fluoropolymer
Trade Names:
    Viton, Fluorel, Technoflon, Dai-El
General Description:
FKM compounds are widely used in chemical, automotive, aerospace and industrial applications. These compounds offer excellent chemical and temperature resistance. There are many additional specialty compounds based on A, B, F, GLT, GFLT, LTFE and ETP polymer types.
Features:
    High temperature resistance
Excellent resistance to acids, fuels, mineral and vegetable oils and greases, aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, non-flammable hydraulic fluids (HFD) and many organic solvents and chemicals. Low swelling in ASTM oil No. 1, and IRM 902 and IRM 903
Excellent resistance to aging and ozone
Low gas permeability, low compression set
Limitations:
Steam, hot water, amines, polar solvents, low molecular weight organic solvents and glycol-based brake fluids. Ammonia gas, low molecular organic acids (formic and acetic acids)
Service Temperature:
    2o to 400o F (-16o to 204o C). General compounds
    -67o to 432o F (-55o to 222o C). Specialty compounds
