Aluminum static port for mounting through 1/4" diameter hole in side of the fuselage. Base has 1/8" NPT female port for connecting to static line (polyethylene fitting included). Install with 3/32" diameter flush rivets.

Does the 15160 static port mount from inside or outside the fuselage?

It will work either way, but it is designed to go through a 1/4" hole from inside the fuselage.

How thick of a fuselage can I have to use this static port? Part #15165 Composite aircraft so a little thicker than aluminum skin.

We measured one from stock and it looks like the max panel/skin thickness is 3/16". Anything thicker would not allow room for the retaining nut.

What size tubing is used with this aluminum static port 15160?

1/4" ID hose.

What is the diameter of the head/flange on the static port 15160?

The OD is 1.25".
