The 9/16" pal nut and lock washer are included with this static port kit.

What size tube attaches to this static port kit 15165?

The fitting for the port requires 1/4"I.D. hose.

No, these are not certified. They are for experimental use only.

What size line / hose ID can you recommend with this part number?

You would need 1/4" I.D. rubber or polyurethane tubing. We have a few types to choose from, example 05-00944, 0500-071, etc...

What is the Max wall thickness this static port 15165 can be mounted to that still allows nut to be installed?

Approx. .125" is the max material thickness.

What size is the hose bib. Can a 90* bib be used?

The hose fitting has 1/8th npt thread and it is used with a 1/4" hose. You could order part number 710-153 in addition, that is a 90 degree bib that will work with this unit.

What is the diameter of the head/flange on the static port 15165?

The od is 1.25".

How thick is the outside flange of this static port? How far from the air passage surface does it protrude? Are the edges tapered?

It is .100 thick and that is the total protruding area. The edges are finished and machined but they are not tapered.
