I need to order 3 IVO replacement blades (pushers) but I don't see any place to designate rotation. Can you please assist?

Yes, on this page there are two "Dropdown" menus above the "Add to Cart" button. The first drop down allows you to select Pitch, high or standard. Once you make that choice, you then need to select Rotation, Left Hand or Right Hand.

How long are the blades part # 15-06638?

This can vary in size depending on what you are needing. There is a Propeller Extension Form in the documents tab where you can specify what length you are needing.
