It is a #10 sheet metal screw. Our part number is THB10X12.

What is the center to center distance between the 2 mounting holes? Is this bracket for the 6 inch skull cap?

Center hole to center hole is approx. 4-5/8". This is used with the 5" and 6" skull spinner caps.
