What is difference between P/N 06-15600 and P/N 05-11458? Im looking for a light weight spring for pietenpol air camper. Thanks.

It appears these are the same as they share the same dimensions just that P/N# 06-15600 is for experimental applications as 05-11458 is FAA/PMA approved.

Do the connector clips fasten to rudder horn and to tail wheel horn (2 clips each side)? What fastens chain to spring?

On the compression tailwheel spring kit there are four clips to attach to the rudder horn and to the tail wheel.
