These are top quality, new manufactured assemblies. They are designed, manufactured, and proof tested to rigid FAA standards. All seat belts use proven lift to release style Davis metal to metal buckles. Push-to-release buckles are not used due to difficulties in releasing under emergency conditions. Aircraft quality alloys and 2-inch nylon webbing are used throughout. Seatbelts are certified to FAA TSO-C22f.

Most popular metal-to-metal seat belt. Furnished with No. 442868 triangular end fittings. This 56" adjustable seat belt offers a heavyduty combination of an all-nylon 2" wide herringbone webbing and a metal-to-metal "quick release" buckle. Buckle mates with harness adapters (Shoulder Harness Items 3B or 3C) for safety belt/harness set or use belt alone. Choice of colors: Black, Brown, Tan, Navy Blue, Royal Blue, Gray, Red, Green.

The end fitting hooks have spring loaded clips that allows each side of the lap belt to clip on to an existing fastener or rod. When the clip is closed the effective hole dia. for both these belts is .37 in.

Can you use these Style 1B seatbelts in any type certified plane (as long as they attach the same of course)? Like a Cessna 207?

Per the supplier: These belts are not STC'd for your aircraft. Although it is certified to FAA TSO-C22F, you would still need a field approval from your A&P mechanic or IA to make this legal.

What is the length of each belt on this style 1B seat belt?

Total Length is 56". Side A (Male Side) is 25". Side B (Buckle Side) is 31". Width is 2".

Can both halves be independently tightened (i.e. to keep the buckle in the center for different pilots)?

Yes, they can be adjusted at the buckle and receptacle.

What is the Cessna Part# on this? I am looking for S1746

These units are TSO'd, and are not specific to any aircraft.
