Does this T-Craft wheel fender have a ridge along the center to simulate the original aluminum fender mating flange? Thanks

Per the manufacturer, yes, there is a ridge that goes right down the center.

Is this the set of wheel fenders or just a single?

This is a single unit. You will need to order qty. 2 if a new set, left and right, are needed.

Is the mounting hardware included?

No, the hardware is not included.
