I want to buy an Artex 345 ELT and need to know the specifications of the battery fitted to it. Is it lithium and what size/storage capacity is it?

Per the Manufacturer the specification size is 2x3x1 and is a lithium battery.

I need to replace the battery of my Artex ELT 345, but the PN on the battery says P/N A3-06-2883. Please advice if is this one or I need to get another one. Thank you.
