I need cushions and mic cover for Airman 750. Is 11-01117 a full kit for that headset?

No, 11-01117 are replacement foam ear seals for the Telex Echelon 150. For the replacement ear seals and mic muff, you would need to order both part numbers 11-01113 and 11-01112.

Will the gel ear cushions, 11-01114, fit my Stratus 30XT?

No, the gel ear seals are only for Telex ANR and Air series headsets. For the 30XT, only foam ear seals are available and it is part number 11-04574.
