Will the Garmin GAP 26 work in a 24v system?

Yes, the GAP 26 is multi voltage.

Is Garmin GAP 26 pitot tube simply connected to 12V or does it need more electrical equipment like a regulator? Is a mounting flange available? Is it available with Form 8130?

No regulator is required, see part number 11-12973 for GAP 26 with regulated heater. Mounting flange part number 10-01188 is compatible. This is an experimental instrument, no 8130's are available.

Can I use the Garmin GAP 26 pitot tube for speed measurement as well? Will it be delivered with Form 8130?

The pitot tube provides airspeed information. No 8130's forms are available as this is intended for experimental aircraft only.

No wing mount is shown in the picture. Is a mount included? If not, do you sell a compatible mount?

No, a mount is not included. Mounting part number 10-01188 is compatible.

Is this compatible with the Dynon SkyView HDX for angle of attack?

No, Dynon recommends using the Dynon pitot tube, like part #10-02158, with their system.
