Yes, this will fit the iPad Mini 4. In order to attach it to the yoke, you would need an arm (short # 11-03458, medium # 11-01255, or long # 11-03458) and the yoke clip, part # 11-12930.

Will this work with the Asus 7 tablet?

Yes, this model XGrip is a universal type so it should hold your 7 inch tablet well.

Will this fit my ipad mini 4 with a case? Will it block any buttons?

Yes, this is universal, it will fit the iPad Mini 4. We are not certain which, if any, buttons it would block.

Will it hold a IPAD mini with the Otter box Defender case?

Yes, this flex system can hold an iPad Mini with most cases. There is not a definitive list of cases that it will work with, but if the case is reasonably form fitted, this will work.
